The Evolution of a Phenomenon tends to be defined by clear stages.

1. The Big Idea

The team have been enclosed in this system since childhood. Seeking change, to build a better atmosphere, they are mirroring their own experience, creating another a bubble, a closed circle, however with a new team and a mentor promoting authenticity provided you conform.
